Hi friends,
If you guys hadn’t noticed already…I’ve stopped posting temporarily. Things got very busy with my day job, and I’ve entered a period of re-evaluating what value this blog can provide to everyone.
A great number of my original reasons for beginning this blog 8.5 years ago have now changed, and I’ve begun a transition to a new phase of my life. What this means is I am still trying to determine the best content that I can provide, and what would be the best format. How to best serve all of you.
I just needed a bit of a break to figure out what’s on the road ahead for all of us.
Thanks for your understanding as we enter into the next phase. 🙂
xo

Hey friend! You are one of those bloggers I’m always keeping up with so hello! I feel like I’m in a transitional phase. I’ve been posting but am not quite sure what’s next . . . that kind of thing is in the air. I hope you are doing well. Thinking of you and can’t wait to see what develops. Change is scary but exciting and necessary. 😀 xo
Hi Amy! I’m glad to be keeping up with you! Yeah, it’s hard to figure out since the blogging world has changed so much since I entered it, and it just doesn’t seem worth it to be putting out mediocre content when there are so many people bringing their A-game. Just trying to figure out what unique voice and perspective I have, and how I can best serve others with my blog. It’s a tough question – as well as what to do with all of the content I’ve produced up until now. Can’t wait to see what your changes bring you too! 😀
Hi Carly, You deserve a break! I hope you don’t go away forever. I know you have had to make a lot of hard choices ( some you didn’t choose) and gone thru hell and back in the last couple years. You fought hard and came out on top. I hope you are really loving your new job and your son is in a great place in his life. Email me if you need to talk or vent. I am always here for you. Pat S
Awww, Pat – you are so sweet and kind and supportive! Taking a break is satisfying because it is helping me decide what I want to do instead of put work into something where I feel I haven’t enough time to give my best. I’m still trying to figure out what’s next for me…still on the fence, so to speak, but I think once school starts in the Fall for my son I will have figured things out a bit better 🙂 Thank you so much for your readership and support over the years – I so appreciate it!! You’ll be hearing from me again soon 🙂
